- Rayhawk Corporation (RAYHAWK.COM) announces the completion of orthocentral.com, its latest concept web site. The site was developed as an internal study to test new design and architecture methodologies.

The project was a direct result Rayhawk Corp.’s belief that experimenting with new ideas ultimately helps the firm push the boundaries of it’s own capabilities. After an 8-week development cycle, Rayhawk delivered a site that was not only a benchmark for stunning graphic design, but also a case study for online branding.

Orthocentral.com was designed as an online community for orthopaedic surgeons featuring a searchable physician directory, forums, chat rooms, and a medical information library.

Although this concept site was one of the strongest examples of an online medical community, the web already has several such organizations, many of which are not thriving. Accordingly, the actually implementation and deployment of orthocentral is not likely to be a viable option.

Rayhawk Corp. is currently considering making the concept site available online for the public to view.
